Evucan web solutions prides itself on designing attractive, clear and user friendly websites. Each colour and picture on a website contributes to the owner's style, quality, and reputation which in turn, can lead to a successful business venture...

How we work

Each project follows a 3 phase approach designed to minimize production time and reduce development costs. A close working relationship is formed to ensure that the requirements are clearly understood.

The process from concept to realisation

Phase 1 - Define requirements

In an initial consultation we will define exactly what you want to achieve from your website. What is the purpose of the website? What do you want it to do? What impression do you want to give your customers?

Also we will establish a clear picture of what you want it to look like. Do you have ideas for the colour scheme, graphics and layout?

According to your requirements a solution is chosen to suit you and your organisation's needs.

Phase 2 - Design

If you decide to proceed, a mock-up page of the web site will be provided for your review.

Once you have approved the site at this stage, any final revisions can be implemented before final approval.

Phase 3 - Implementation

Your website will be installed on the internet, together with content management system. Email accounts will be configured.

Post implementation

Your website is now online! Details of the website will be sent to you including:

  • E-mail addresses and details required for you to set-up your local e-mail client app (e.g. outlook, thunderbird etc.)
  • Passwords for updating your website.

Costing

Payment will be requested at two intervals. The first is a one off charge at the beginning of the design process (for design and set up). The second is a monthly subscription that is requested at the post implementation phase (to cover on-going services including hosting, support, maintenance and reporting).

Estimated time to completion

An accurate estimation to completion time is given after the first phase. Depending on the workload and the complexity of the requirements you could have your website up and running with a state of the art CMS website within a week!
